Product description
Oz (versatile farming assistant) is a multi-task autonomous robot developed by Naïo Technologies to revolutionize farming practices for market gardeners and small-scale farmers. Powered entirely by electricity and guided by RTK GPS, Oz performs a variety of high-precision tasks such as mechanical weeding, furrow creation, seeding, hoeing, and transporting loads. Its modular attachments, which range from seeder blades to trailers, allow farmers to customize operations based on the specific needs of different crops, including garlic, onions, carrots, salad greens, berries, ornamentals, vine nurseries, and more.
Capable of covering 1,000 m² per hour and operating for up to 8 hours on a single charge, Oz significantly reduces physical strain and labor costs for farmers. In fact, farmers have reported that Oz can accomplish in four hours what would typically take two days manually. Additionally, Oz eliminates the need for chemical herbicides, preserving soil integrity and promoting sustainable cultivation practices.
By automating repetitive tasks, Oz frees up agricultural workers to focus on higher-value activities, enhances overall productivity, and contributes to the development of healthier ecosystems and farming communities.
