Product description

ECOR’s flagship product is a high-performance composite board made entirely from natural cellulose fibers sourced from agricultural residues, recycled paper, and other clean waste streams. The innovative process involves a patented, chemical-free pressing system that binds the fibers using heat, pressure, and water, without any synthetic glues or resins.

The result is a durable, lightweight, and fully recyclable panel suitable for multiple applications such as interior walls, furniture, shelving, ceilings, flooring, and exhibition design. ECOR Panels can be cut, laminated, or shaped into various forms, enabling versatile use across the design, construction, and manufacturing industries.

Each ECOR Panel diverts waste from landfill or incineration and provides a sustainable alternative to wood-based boards. They can also be re-processed at the end of life into new panels, completing a true material loop. This makes ECOR’s product one of the most circular and environmentally advanced board materials available today.

About the Company

ECOR Global is an American materials innovation company that transforms waste fibres into fully circular, non-toxic building materials. Founded in 2010, ECOR’s mission is to eliminate the use of virgin timber, formaldehyde, and other harmful binders from construction and furniture manufacturing by creating advanced panels made entirely from recycled cellulose fibres. Through its proprietary clean-pressing process, ECOR converts agricultural and post-consumer waste—such as cardboard, corn husks, and recycled paper—into strong, lightweight boards that can be used for furniture, interiors, architecture, and packaging. Each panel is designed to be reused, re-moulded, or recycled back into new ECOR products, ensuring a continuous circular loop. ECOR Global aims to redefine sustainable manufacturing by offering industries healthier, circular alternatives to traditional MDF, plywood, and composite materials, while reducing waste, deforestation, and carbon emissions worldwide.
