I am impatient to live in a world where regenerative solutions reign in every sector of economy and society. And I am inspired by people creating elegant solutions to address excess carbon in our air and water. I want to support their success.

As a fractional executive, I amplify the impact of visionary climate solution entrepreneurs who are navigating critical transitions and I help them to scale their solutions quickly, reliably, cost-effectively and sustainably. Thanks to my work with clients of all sizes during my time as an executive at global consultancy Accenture, I have honed my ability to convene people from across disciplines, industries and sectors to deploy novel solutions to seemingly intractable problems. I have 20+ years of experience leading change, inspiring people to collaborate to bring a vision to life, building coalitions and running business operations.

How can I help you

I help climate innovators bring the future forward faster. As a Fractional Executive, I am an extension of your leadership team. I accelerate your impact through targeted services: 

• Develop Strategy to Scale Impact: I guide founders through growth phases to scale their impact. Together, we will formulate practical plans for how you will achieve scale in a sustainable way. 
• Cultivate Partnerships: I help CXOs and Boards originate, evaluate and activate strategic external partnerships (across sectors, geography). I apply my 25+ years of experience launching fruitful  cross-sector partnerships that have mobilized money and skills to deploy innovative solutions to seemingly intractable problems.
• Design & Develop Organization Capacity: I help CXOs evolve their organization's capacity (e.g. structure, people, culture, processes) to accelerate results. As a management consultant, I designed and deployed first-of-their kind business units within established organizations including the US Postal Service, Yale University and Bristol-Myers Squibb. I prepared organizations for the future by facilitating enterprise restructuring for Boards and CXOs including the March of Dimes Foundation, 
• Lead Projects: As a Project Manager, I help climate innovators put good ideas into practice, navigate uncertainty and go faster and farther in making an impact. I combine my real-world experience leading projects for my clients with the discipline of formal learning via my Project Management Professional certification. 

On a case-by-case basis, I will serve as an Interim CXO and I will also provide my expertise on a retainer basis.
