Product description

The Vortex Fine Filter WFF 100 is an efficient, self-cleaning rainwater pre-filtration unit designed for installation either above ground or in the ground ahead of cisterns or storage tanks.

It accommodates roof catchment areas up to approximately 200 m², making it ideal for family homes.

A vertically oriented fine stainless-steel mesh (standard 0.28 mm, optional 0.44 mm) captures leaves, moss, pollen, and other debris, while the vertical orientation ensures continuous cleaning—dirt does not clog but is flushed out automatically, reducing maintenance. 

Each cycle uses a small portion of incoming rainwater to rinse the mesh, achieving up to 90 % water capture while keeping the system clean.

The filter insert is durable and dishwasher-safe, enabling only biannual inspections and cistern cleaning intervals of 10–15 years. Its design preserves full pipe cross-sectional area, preventing blockage—even a tennis ball can pass through.

The housing is constructed from robust polypropylene, with a lifting handle and optional extension tube for easy inspection.

Overall, the WFF 100 offers reliable, long-lasting, low-maintenance filtration, providing high-quality rainwater for garden use, toilet flushing, laundry, and other non-potable applications.
